Pigris - An alert analyzer written in Perl/Tk. Only early development screenshots are available at this time.
snort-replay - An output system for Snort that reads pcaps and prints (not sends, that's what tcprelay does) the payloads using the same delay between the packets as was seen on the wire.
perfmon-graph - Perl script to generate graphs from Snort's perfmonitor preprocessor
